The project delivered the usual high standards that all Aspect projects have in common, and enhances the local built environment of the University entry precinct.

The property helps address the chronic need of quality, affordable housing within the immediate confines of the University of Queensland, whilst simultaneously reducing the need for both private and public transport.

The project delivered unique water and power saving initiatives that not only reduced the reliance on diminishing natural resources, but also reduced the ongoing operational costs of the building.

As common with many Aspect projects, Visage totally sold out prior to completion.
