Located within 4 metres of the ocean at Caloundra, north of Brisbane, this project presented numerous construction hurdles in delivering a complex located in such a unique location.

Comprising 40 apartments over four levels, the project was once again a forerunner to the next wave of development in the Caloundra region, & went on to win the QMBA Resort of the Year.
